Welcome to FixHalt, a product of Archover Solutions Private Limited.

These Terms apply to the FixHalt mobile app and the website fixhalt.com (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

FixHalt is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent vehicle repair and maintenance service providers ("Garages").

FixHalt does not provide repair, maintenance, inspection, towing, mechanical, electrical, bodywork, or any other vehicle services.

FixHalt is a technology platform that lets you find garages, send booking or quote requests, and chat with garages.

FixHalt is currently available only to customers in Hyderabad. The app uses your phone's approximate location to check this. The location stays on your phone and is not sent to us.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use of the Platform.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at https://fixhalt.com/delete-account.

4. Booking and Quote Requests

Users may send booking requests and quote requests through the Platform. You can send up to 5 booking or quote requests in total per day.

Submission of a request does not guarantee:

• Acceptance by a garage.
• Availability of a garage.
• Completion of any service.
• Any particular pricing or timeline.

The garage has sole discretion to accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel service requests.

You can cancel a booking in the app only while it is still pending. Once the garage confirms it, please contact the garage directly.

5. Garage Services

All services are provided exclusively by independent garages.

FixHalt:

• Does not employ garages.
• Does not supervise repair work.
• Does not inspect vehicles.
• Does not control service quality.
• Does not guarantee workmanship.
• Does not provide warranties for repairs.

Any service contract is solely between the user and the garage.

Garages register themselves and are approved by FixHalt before they appear on the Platform. Approval does not mean FixHalt endorses or guarantees a garage. FixHalt may suspend or remove a garage at any time.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices, quotations, estimates, labor charges, parts costs, taxes, and additional charges are determined solely by the garage.

FixHalt does not collect or process any payment from customers. You pay the garage directly.

FixHalt is not responsible for:

• Service pricing.
• Price disputes.
• Additional charges imposed by garages.
• Billing disagreements between users and garages.

7. Offers and Advertisements

The home screen shows advertisements. Some link to third-party websites that FixHalt does not control and is not responsible for.

Garage offers are set by the garage, and the garage alone must honour them. FixHalt reviews offers before they appear but does not guarantee them.

8. Chat, Messages and Photos

You can chat with garages and send photos through the Platform. You are responsible for the messages and photos you send.

Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or other people's personal data.

You allow FixHalt to store your messages and photos and show them to the garage you are chatting with. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FixHalt is not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

• Poor workmanship.
• Incorrect repairs.
• Delayed repairs.
• Vehicle damage.
• Theft or loss of vehicles.
• Theft or loss of personal belongings.
• Negligence by garages.
• Fraudulent conduct by garages.
• Service disputes.
• Pricing disputes.
• Warranty disputes.
• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Financial losses arising from services provided by garages.

Users acknowledge that all services are performed by independent third-party garages at their own risk.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Communicate honestly with garages.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Not misuse the Platform.
• Not submit fraudulent bookings.

Users are solely responsible for verifying service details, pricing, warranties, and repair outcomes with the garage.

11. Garage Information

Garage profiles, descriptions, services, prices, and availability are provided by garages. Ratings shown on garage profiles are set by FixHalt.

FixHalt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

12. Contact Information Sharing

When you send a booking or quote request, we ask your permission each time before sharing the following with that garage:

• Name
• Contact number
• Vehicle information
• Request details

This sharing is necessary to provide the requested service.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

FixHalt may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Illegal activities.
• Conduct harmful to users, garages, or the Platform.

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, logos, trademarks, branding, software, text, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to FixHalt and are protected by applicable laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixHalt, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Disputes with garages.
• Violation of applicable laws.

16. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

FixHalt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Availability of garages.
• Service quality.
• Repair outcomes.
• Vehicle safety.
• Accuracy of information.
• Continuous operation of the Platform.

18. Modifications

FixHalt may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
